The Beauty of Made-to-Order 

Because we are a small business dedicated to sustainability, we don't keep pre-made stock sitting on shelves. Instead, every single item is custom-crafted, printed, and tailored just for you the moment you place your order.

Because of this personalized process, your order goes through two phases before it arrives at your door: Production and Shipping.

1. Production Times (Before it Ships)

Before your package is handed over to the postal carrier, it needs some time in production to be made.

• Standard Production: Please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to print and craft your item.

• Peak Seasons: During holidays or busy shopping seasons, production may take a bit longer ( 1 to 10 business days). We deeply appreciate your patience while we make sure your item is absolutely perfect!

2. Shipping Times (On its Way)

Once your item has been custom-made and passes our quality check, it’s packed and shipped out.

• Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive once shipped.

• International Shipping: Typically takes 10 to 15 business days depending on your location and customs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Friends)

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Corrections

Because your items go into production quickly, please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice a typo, email us at ironandsoulcollective@gmail.com within an hour of placing your order, and we will do our absolute best to fix it before your item ships.
